McKinnon railway station is located on the Frankston line, in Victoria, Australia. It served the south-eastern Melbourne suburb of McKinnon. It opened on 1 September 1884 as McKinnon Road, and was renamed McKinnon on 14 December 1885.Boom barriers were provided at the former McKinnon Road level crossing in 1974.The down platform (Platform 3) at the former ground level station was provided during 1976.
